EC believes that is important for the Gender Officer to have clear responsibilities throughout the year and to be focused on making sure the Federation runs on Inclusive terms and structures. The purpose is to facilitate the work of FYEG’s activists who are giving a strong fight on Gender and Social Inclusion. An additional goal is to guide the persons involved and educate them together with the organisations’ capacities to create projects, campaigns and activities as much inclusive as possible.
