There is no such thing as sustainable bioenergy that we could increase. In most cases bioenergy means cutting forests down which increases biodiversity loss. In other cases they are using fields that could provide food to produce plants that are burned instead. Neither of these things are sustainable. There are some minor waste flows that can be used sustainably but they are minor and can't be increased so we cannot use them to replace fossil fuels.
