This should happen both in schools and outside of them. A common problem with cultural and sports activities is that their accessibility is often tied to participation within the school or class, limiting them outside these settings and creating the impression that attending these events is something to be done only in a formal school setting, not of the pupil's free will.

The criteria on which students are evaluated have varying inclusion, fairness and student centering depending on which European country you study in. Due to the large differences in grading, a mandatory reform could in some cases sabotage students' mental health and academic performance. Sweden, as an example, has had several changes in assessment and grading systems in recent times, it has become apparent for everyone growing up here that this has led to stress, confusion, lesser performance and grade inflation. To tackle this the local Greens and Young Greens have several proposals, however a forced reform on EU level would not be in the favour of students. As greens it is in this case better to support local governance on state level but to promote more inclusive, fair and student-centered system.
