Hello dear friends!
I’m Vita (She/They), and I’m excited to put myself forward as a candidate for the next Treasurer of FYEG!
I’m 23, an activist, and currently studying Political Science.
I’ve been organising since I was 13, from standing up against xenophobia to EU24 campaigns and running workshops on mental health or climate. Social justice has always been the heart of my activism, and over the years, I’ve come to realise that creating lasting political change requires not just passion but structure, resources, and the ability to sustain ourselves.
With the increasing defunding of civil society, I believe we can’t afford to be broke. We need to be bold, resilient, and united! To grow our movements, win elections, and support our members, we need to be smart both politically and financially.
